Hiring for female HR Recruiter Only II Kalindi Kunj II Sal. 17K to 23k II
Key Responsibilities:
– Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and select candidates for job openings Like Tele sales , E commerce Executive , Graphic , Customer support .
– Job Posting and Advertisement: Craft compelling job descriptions and post job ads on various platforms
– Resume Screening: Analyze resumes and cover letters to shortlist candidates
– Interviews: Conduct phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit
– Negotiation: Discuss salary and benefits with candidates
– Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires
– Relationship Building: Build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
– Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire
Essential Skills:
– Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
– Analytical Skills: Evaluate resumes, assess candidate fit, and interpret data
– Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
